The former coach of the Moss Point High School boys basketball team has pleaded guilty to one count of exploitation of a child and two counts of sexual battery in a plea agreement with the government.
Micoe Cotton, 46, entered his plea Friday.
Cotton was arrested in May on a child exploitation charge and seven counts of sexual battery.
The grand jury reviewed evidence and indicted him on one child exploitation charge and 14 counts of sexual battery.
Prosecutors say the victim in the case was 15 at the time of the first sexual encounter with Cotton.
